They will be set up in the building that houses our festival office at 1745 Water St. Sessions In The Kitchen at Saltwater Sounds (1738 Water St.) Musicians of all ages are invited to bring your instrument and join the session in the beautiful setting of Saltwater Sounds! Spectators are welcome too! Irish Immigration To Canada (1808 Water St.) Executive Director of the Eamonn O'Loghlin Irish Immigration Centre, Cathy Murphy, will present a talk on Irish Immigration to Canada on Friday at 9am and 1:30pm at the Miramichi Regional Multicultural Association office at 1808 Water St. Miramichi History Museum will open its doors to the Irish Festival! Stop by and enjoy their display and artifacts at the former Miramichi Masonic Lodge at 182 Wellington St. The STU Alumni Association are hosting a gathering for all former students Saturday from 1-3pm at Seasons View Cafe. You are invited to see old friends and make new ones at the STU gathering. Miramichi MP Tilly O'Neill-Gordon and Local Veterans will dedicate a bench at the Loggieville Cenotaph in honour of former Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty. The ceremony will take place Saturday at 9am. Mr. Flaherty spoke at our festival a few years ago and has roots in Loggieville and we are excited Tilly and the Veterans are doing this. St. Peter & Paul Church, Bartibogue Bridge are presenting: "We Are Here To Stay" - a play written and directed by Esther Mahoney Friday July 18th - 7PM Tickets - $10.00 St. Peter and Paul Church are also serving up a delicious meal in their parish hall on Sunday! Salmon Supper Sunday, July 20, 2026 Father Morissey Center, Bartibogue 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Adults-$12.00 \ Children-$6.00 Downtowns Miramichi Historic Chatham Business District is joining the celebration with merchant displays, entertainment and fun for all ages! Please take the time to enjoy beautiful Water Street and support the many businesses!   The I.C.C.A. will be making presentations to their Past Presidents for their 30th Anniversary and the Inishowen Fiddle will be presented to its new caretaker for the coming year too! Both events will take place during our free concert with Rob Curries and The Hard Tickets on Thursday at the Rodd Miramichi.
